Pretty cool waterfall right next to the road. There's a pullout across on the north side of the road, as well as one on the same side of the road, just east of the falls. Also a short, fairly safe walk from The Jampot nearby.
The most picturesque part of the falls is, as stated above, right near the road. But there's a worn trail along the side that ascends alongside Jacobs Creek (I'm seeing a separate trail, called Monk Trail, that starts at Eagle Harbor Cut Off Rd, though I don't know if this is actually an extension of that or just worn from people wanting to see a little more of the little gorge. For the more adventuresome, there does seem to be an upper falls on this same creek that's accessible from Monk Trail). The only reason why I rated this 4 stars instead of five is because I did not get the chance to hike up to the upper part of Jacob's falls. I did find the trail, but I wasn't sure if that was the right trail or not. The one I found took me right along the river and is a tad bit difficult to navigate if you are an inexperienced or an unconditioned hiker.
