Went in for a new vape battery. Asked questions and the guy working wasn’t knowledgeable at all. He had one word answers, couldn’t explain anything to me. Went against my better judgement and bought one. Was told if I had issues with it to bring it back. Never once said I couldn’t return it for my money back. The thing shorted out 20days later so I brought it back for a refund. Told me I could only exchange for a credit or same one. Told me that that brand was known for shorting out and then tried to sell me the same exact one!!! Asked for a better one, was told they didn’t have any step up from that brand and that they all cost $30. Didn’t want a store credit but needed a new vape battery so I went with a different one and it’s junk. Pure junk. It stopped working 5 days later. Stay away...

I remember about 2 months ago as i entered this vapored filled joint with my son to buy him some juice i was amazed. Amazed from the warm greeting to great customer service. I was in a odd situation. My al85 from smok was one month and a week old purchased from this store, and simply stopped working.
