South Beach — Attraction in Edgartown

Pristine, tranquil and family friendly. Even though it’s not very swimmable here, it’s my go-to beach during my stay at Edgartown. It’s just so therapeutic in so many ways. I haven’t seen any drunk people making scenes here. I haven’t seen anyone trashing this place. That 30 minute walk on the clean and somewhat dense sand with my loved ones remain one of core memories.

Great beach with plenty of space even when crowded! Water was clean and waves were fun to swim in. Parking is also easy which is a plus! Beach rolling chairs are available for people with handicaps....
