Bill Gentry Park — Attraction in El Mirage

Went here for dinner this evening, and it wasn't too. We got there before the dinner rush around 6:30 p.m. and were seated by a welcoming young lady. Our server's name was Madison and he was super friendly and even offered his recommendations on the menu items. It's a shame that a lot of the reviews talk about slow service. Because we got the complete opposite!! We got our orders in, checked on for extra libations multiple times and ohr water glasses were never empty.. it was top notch customer service if you ask me. On vacation staying at the Renaissance Historic District Hotel, right around the corner we found the Gentry. As soon as you walk in you feel a good vibe. The drinks and food, delicious!!!!!!!! So good we had dinner there two nights, the deviled eggs on toast and the crab dish so good. The hanger steak and pork chop cooked to perfection and the fried chicken served with mac and cheese delicious, cheers to the chef!!!!!!! I was born in Phoenix in 1961 and have resided in El Mirage .I played little league baseball at that park, and attended many fiestas and carnivals there. Eventually had 4 boys,became a father watching my boys playing little league baseball.
