El Paso County Coliseum — Attraction in El Paso

I went to the Tito Doble P concert on 03/21/25. The staff working that night allowed so many patrons to enter the floor and caused multiple conflicts, issues, and frankly emotional stress. The line to enter the floor was absolutely uncalled for and staff was not maintaining the line at all.

The staff working the floor had no proper system of checking the validity of patrons seats. Patrons who purchased floor seats should be prioritized and allowed to be seated in a proper manner to ensure other patrons do not occupy their seats. Once approaching my aisle, there were multiple patrons occupying the seats I had for my party and security was completely unhelpful in removing them.

The method to which seats were recorded was a paper sign on the floor showing the aisle and chalk numbers being written on the floor. This practice is ridiculous because within minutes all the chalk numbers were wiped off and caused mass confusion to patrons.

The El Paso Coliseum is old and not set up well, especially for handicapped people. We had seats on the floor for the Mercy Me concert, but had to come in on the side of the building, walk to the end of the building and then walk nearly down to the other end of the building to sit near the stage. For a person with difficulties walking, this is very difficult. Also, the restrooms are located on the sides of the building where you enter, so it would have been another trek there and back to go to the restroom. It was impossible to sit in the seating in the stands because the Coliseum has substandard safety railing, especially for handicapped persons. If I could give a zero I would. Where do I begin. We went to movie drive in. The flyer they give you coming in states clearly they are following covid 19 guidelines. What a joke. Flyer says anyone out side of their vehicle must wear a mask. No one does and no one enforces it. They pack the cars in the parking lot like sardines. You are not 6 feet away from next person. If they are sitting or standing next to you it is about 1 foot away maybe 2 and then they are not wearing masks. Parking lot is huge enough to stagger cars but they dont. Cant even open window for air cause neighbor is too close. Charged 15 dollars for 5 dollar speedys pizza. Rained on us 45 mins in and they packed up equipment and no refund. Dont do it unless you are up for the risk. As for us...
