Thomas Manor Park — Attraction in El Paso

I go for walks at this park. I like it but have a request. Soccer players leave a mess on sundays after their games. This past sunday, men were seen urinating and maybe if there were more outhouses closer to soccer area or around soccer field, the adults men would not openly urinate on trees. Also is alcohol allowed at this park? And can we designate this park a dog park with enclosed fence...

This park is great for walking. It was revamped just before the pandemic. There is traffic only on one small portion of the park. There are three access points to the park and there is a small parking lot. I just wish that pet owners who use this park would clean up after their pets. Park has basketball court and soccer court. But was closed last time we went during park hours. Tried to get a hold of someone at parks and rec but they were no help. Eventually we had to climb the fence cause there was a door open but only the one that is in school property. The public entrance was closed.
