Hamburger Inn 2 — Restaurant in El Paso

Today is November the 17 and I came went in to the restaurant it took 5 minutes to be attended by the cashier I ordered for take out and I accidentally asked for a bowl of chill beans then asked if they could make a steak burger and put the beans on top the chef wasn’t so pleased he then preceded to whisper profanity’s about me with the cashier in spanish keep in mind I did not once disrespect them I also apologized for my mistake but I don’t appreciate being told those words and if they read this yes I do understand Spanish after my order was ready the cashier was sweeping while 3 workers where near my order but did not give it to me they then went to the back to talk to some man and pointed at me then 5 workers came out of the little room and I still did not get my order only until who I think was the manager who told the cashier to give me the order but I don’t understand why have so many workers if not one is going to do their job to end this on a bad note the chef did not once wash his hands when cooking only after when he was done he touched raw meat and did not wash his hands I suggest a health inspector comes and see’s this...

Horrible service, the server was getting agitated very easily and kept saying that she needs to write the order down correctly or the cook will get mad, asked her for refills and it was a bother , asked for ketchup and it was a bother, on our way out a couple came in and wanted to buy food and the server told them that they can only order to go, a few people had come by prior too and got the same treatment as well, but what was more upsetting was the fact the the cook is there to help but he has a bad attitude and what the couple was asking for not hard, all they wanted was tacos rice and beans and he said i don't have any and im not going to make more, i had been looking forward to go eat there and i had told my kids to come, after this visit i doubt i will go back again, sorry and very dissatisfied...

I've been a customer for years here and never had a problem.Its been 2 months I've been having a problem not getting more posole in the menudo.It clearly states it on the menu.Ypu can order posole by itself.But a waitress named VICTORIA says she doesn't want to make it like that.Shes very rude unprofessional and acts like she owns the restaurant.I hope the owner does something to correct this like he did the last time I talked to him.Im not the only customer she's been rude to.Not to mention she always complaining and talks really bad to you over the phone when you are ordering out.She gives that business a bad name.08/29/2022 Went again and they gave me this burnt slop of enchiladas and Chile relleno.This business is going down hill really quick.I wish I could get reimbursed for...
