Very disappointed. They will NOT allow children under 16 inside. I actually got yelled at by the lady checking people out. This is a RESALE shop... NOT a high end designer shop. Very disappointed

This place was so nice with the amount of items they had and diversity. We were even assisted by the workers to move in the furniture we bought, which only solidified my love for this place!

Great store. Huge parking lot with some handicap parking. The store is Walker friendly plenty of space to move around. This is a homeowner play ground. Staff is helpful. Place is not AC.

This used to be my go to place for any project needs but it has gone drastically downhill. Nearly all of their items have become incredibly overpriced. The only items in a reasonable price range are very specific and mostly damaged to the point of not being functional. The furniture is littered with full price retail printouts from the manufacturer website and they basically just cut that price in half with no concept that no actual store sells the items for the full retail price. Not to mention the condition of the item is far less than new condition and comes with absolutely no warranty or return ability. Despite excessive damage to items the pricing still exceeds a reasonable cost, and many items violate their own POSTED rule that all discounts START at 50% off. It's a shame that the greed of some individual has undermined the purpose of this store. The items are donated not sold to this ReStore. They are also meant to raise money to help those in need, not to line the pockets of the manager and owner which was mentioned several times by an employee who also remembered when the store would offer a used item at a reasonable price instead of taking advantage of consumers and abandoning those in need. Another employee pointed out several items that were overpriced that have been at the store for several months due to the pricing manager refusing to make any adjustments. Again, greed and ego are taking the place of compassion and generosity.

I hope that there is a chance that who ever is responsible for this location will reevaluate the structure and go back to offering items that will benefit those in need. Until then, I will no longer visit...

Been going here for a few years now. Used to be good, not anymore. Prices are too high, and the service is terrible! I walk up to the counter to pay and this lady was eating. Not too be mean but she sounded like a pig on a farm (disgusting). I stood there for about 20 seconds, she was facing me so I don't know how she couldn't see me. So I said hi, she stops eating, never says hi. Never wiped her hand just starts typing in the price. I said this nicely to her that it's not polite to eat while you're ringing up customers. She could wait until there's no customers and then pull the food from under the counter. But not her, she had her breakfast burrito right in front of people and was just smacking away! She seemed bothered that I interrupted her meal. So, she says to me, I'm a mother, I have kids, I gotta eat. That's her mentality. Then she hands me my receipt, never wiped her hands. So my receipt had her mouth and food on it. And of course, she never said thank you. My last time going here. I wonder how management will respond to this review. In fact the manager walked up and saw her eating and said nothing. One thing for sure, the employees are a reflection of the manager. The employees don't care because they know the manager doesn't either. That's what this store has become. I'll be going to Goodwill...

This was my second time here first time went next door to the Mexican flea market then I went to see what this store was all about no one really talks about it u no in my town . It was a really hot day when I first week even hotter inside but found it really amazing and so cheap too for really good furniture the small trinkets look like they belong in the garage tbh. But I the furniture looks amazing and better than goodwill and not bad prices. When back this week for a chair for my brother desk found a bunch of great looking ones . For him the perfect office chair for only $15 and it looks brand new. And great quality too then I found a really cute Bluetooth pod speaker for $1 bran new roo in the box and everything I might go back and get another one super cheap what a gem for habitat for Humanity. Everyone was doing their thing but when i found the chair I wanted I asked a worker toget me one and he told me that the shopping carts are over at the front he seem kind of lazy but I told him I don’t want to leave my things and chair so please go get me one he was...
