I LOVE this pool. As a parent, I believe it is brilliantly designed and well maintained. The pool is roughly divided into zones of use by age... Far left (South end) is almost all zero-depth entry. Also hosts the smallest kiddie slide. Then, moving north, there's still a zero-depth entry, but water gets a little bit deeper & there's "under 42inch" height crowd slide/water playset contraption. Far west end hosts the entries to the two long water slides and the roped off (on water side) lap pool segments. The seriously deep water and diving platforms are located on a whole other level, up a short flight of stairs, on the north end of the property. It is completely disconnected from the primary play pool. Your little one isn't going to toddle over and dunk themselves into that 10'+ of water without some serious parental distraction.

If you bring some sacrificial towels or old blankets, there are a number of towering oak trees along the South (left) side of the pool that offer dense shade from the sun all day. If you want that same shade at poolside, just wait until later half of pool time. Those trees cast...
Read moreWhen I called to make a tee time for myself and 3 friends, I specifically asked what the price was for a senior non-resident with a gas cart. I was told $26. When I got there this morning to pay for my round, Gordon charged me $29. When I said I was told it would be $26 for golf with a cart and that the website said $16 for a senior non-resident 9 holes and $10 for a gas cart, he said I must have a magic computer. He refused to charge me the correct price. He was condescending and sarcastic. That kind of poor attitude won't bring us back to play. He actually looked perturbed when I challenged him about the price. He acted as if it was coming out of his pocket. Great job Gordon. Usually, professionals wear proper attire. This is the first time in my life that someone in a Pro Shop was wearing shorts with beach sandals. You just lost four customers. I will say one good thing. The starter was a...
