My experience with this sham company relates to their rejecting a claim after initially saying they would cover my son‘s medical bills following my son‘s injury at Glenwood Springs Park, a company they represent, but have never visited. I dealt with two people--Stanley Pandy and Lily Hickey, both who seemed nice on the phone, then decided to lie, not properly investigate and deny my claim--which they sent to me the day before Thanksgiving (thoughtful of them). In October I brought my son to the caverns at Glenwood Springs park in CO--he tripped on loose rocks and smashed his forehead into a square pole, has a horrible gash and stitches, numerous medical bills, and will need plastic surgery. This park, which has had TWO deaths in one year, was incredibly rude and unresponsive. Stanley Pandy sent me an (illegally altered) video that showed none of the rocks that were on the ground that he tripped on. They said my claim was rejected based on nothing; they also gave me NO copy of the incident report that the park took from my son, where the park said he tripped on his shoelaces. They took their "accident report" statement with me nearby but not immediately in my son's presence--a ploy on park's part to coerce my son into false statements while they spoke with me and said they were SO concerned and would be in touch after our ER visit that day (they never reached out or cared). My son said they made him say he tripped on his shoelaces after he stated that he tripped on the loose rocks (all over their park walking grounds). I’ve been in touch with different local government organizations to learn how egregiously dangerous this park is (I had researched, but did not understand before I took my son there). There's also a local TV news report from last fall exposing how dangerous this park is. Stanley Pandy sent me an altered video of my son where the park had altered and removed the loose rocks that my son tripped on. Lily and Stanley ignored my ten requests to see the "accident report" the park wrongfully took from my son until they sent me something that said nothing with redactions all over it. I did not sign, consent to--or agree with the ridiculous account in their report. The pictures they also used to reject my claim show nothing--they are grainy and paint on a pointed arrow to my son's shoelaces (which are not below his shoe, not why he tripped). This is a slimy, zero morals, unprofessional firm, and Lily Hickey and Stanley Pandy reject claims for a place they and their "investigators" have never visited--they l lie and allow dangerous places like this Park to stay open and for people injured at these places to not have their medical bills covered--which is ALL I asked for. I can only imagine the amount of lawsuits this park must have against them that Gallagher Bassett defends. The park and Gallagher Bassett were beyond unprofessional, ignored my request for the accident report countless times until they sent it with mostly redactions and lied that they would cover my son‘s medical bills. My son has had a difficult scar recovery on his face and stitches, blood all over him after the accident, this was a vacation nightmare. Lily and Stanley represent a dangerous, irresponsible park that they and no one in their company has ever visited to see how dated and unsafe it is. This is an official response appealing the decision to deny my claim for ANY liability regarding my slip and fall that took place at AMC 1911 Kentucky Ave, Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216, on July 6, 2024.
The company is liable as it was previously reported by another patron on July 6, 2024, and the week prior that that the metal portion was in fact slippery and nothing was done about it. Video of the lobby area can verify this information, as well.
I also did not view the voicemail message left as a professional response to this matter as well as the overall treatment I’ve received.

They switched my policies without telling me, so I had no idea what I was paying or to whom—-bad enough. But when I canceled my policy with them, they were not efficient and would not respond to my phone calls or emails when I got charged for the policy after it being cancelled.
Response was slow, no one ever called and their initial response was for me to resolve it myself with the policy company. Which I had already tried when I got no response from my agent—-but was told ONLY my agent from Gallagher could do it.
