Hands-down the best indoor playground I've taken my daughter to! My two and a half year old daughter spent nearly three hours here and she would not have left if I didn't make her leave haha
Enchanted Elk Grove has maximized the space in such a beautiful and effective way. They have a spacious soft area for infants; a kitchen area with produce, shopping carts, bags, etc; play houses with picnic tables attached to them; toddler bike/motorcycle toys; and a jungle gym for climbing, sliding, and jumping. There is such a variety of things to do for infants and toddlers, yet it doesn't seem chaotic or too messy. I think this place is best for kids ages 0-7. Maybe up to 10 years old max.
One of the things that stood out to me was how CLEAN this indoor playground was. I saw the co-owner, Carrie, spraying the slides and cleaning up toys on the ground while kids were playing this morning. She made sure to clean when the kids were not occupying the area which was nice. I loved seeing that as I rarely see employees cleaning and actually spraying things. She was working hard and I appreciated it. The bathrooms and diaper changing table inside were also clean.
It was so nicely air-conditioned in here too. I will definitely have my daughter's next birthday party here. They have competitive birthday party packages and a variety of themes.
The employees were so nice and personable too. Price for admission was great.
We came on a Monday morning and they had Zumbini from 10:30am-11:15am in the infant soft play area (it was optional and did not cost extra money). It was so fun and my daughter loved it! The instructor was great and had a variety of props for the littles to use during their dance moves (sticks, drum sets, and scarves). I thought that was so fun and unique.
Lastly, they have a complimentary coffee bar for parents, which includes creamer, sugar, etc on the side. I had the coffee black and it tasted great! Everything was perfection here at...

The slide I know parents said they mentioned it to the front several times. In my opinion, it is not your customer’s responsibility to make sure YOUR establishment is safely ran. This again is unfortunate, I guess I won’t be bringing my child back.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: We appreciate the excitement for kids. I would like to preface this by saying we had an incredible time. There were just a few things that, if changed, would push myself and I’m sure others to come back again and again.
We unfortunately saw an incredible amount of kids who were very sick (it was at capacity)… and I’m not talking about the acceptable walrus snot noses that are inevitably the majority of all of our years. I’m talking about SICK. It was unfortunate that staff allowed these children to proceed into the building although there is a sign asking parents to take sick kids home. Now my family has fallen extremely ill. We have been in and out of the hospital with something awful… catching a normal cold would have been TOTALLY fine. Again, kids are kids. But kids who are visibly ill should be refused entry.
Lastly, there needs to be more staff roaming the entire building. The slides were an absolute mess (A MESS), kids were bullying others and pushing around, and just unorganized chaos that shouldn’t be allowed by a room full of kids.
I SWEARRRR I’m not a Karen!!! These are sincere suggestions from a person that never leaves reviews. I just care about this...
Read moreEnchanted is a great spot for kids and their parents alike. The play areas are generally well-kept with lots for the kids to do. Like crawling through the multi-story jungle gym, zipping down the long slide and stacking large plush block towers. As for the parents there’s abundant and comfortable sitting areas, outlets to charge devices, and complimentary coffee.
The downside, and it’s a big one, is that kids and parents don’t follow the posted rules that make Enchanted a safe and tidy place for everyone. Such rules include playing with toys appropriately, no running, and no having birthday parties in the open play area. I’ve seen older kids (I’m guessing 8-ish years old) sprinting throughout the facility playing tag where small toddlers are. The same older kids forcefully throw toys at each other where the toddlers are. While I understand the kids are having a good time, their not following the rules is not fair or safe for the toddlers.
As for the birthday parties, Enchanted has a private room for special events you can reserve. That said, one of the rules is that you’re not allowed to bring in cakes, cupcakes, balloons or other celebratory items in the open play area. I’ve seen what obviously looked like a small birthday celebration in the open play area, with shared food, plates/utensils, cupcakes and cookies. They left a mess of crumbs and frosting all over the common sitting area.
In sum, your experience at Enchanted depends on who else is there and whether the general rules are being followed.
