Elkader City Park — Attraction in Elkader

Love this campground!!!! Camp here often. Free firewood, pool, playground, walking trails, clean showers and bathrooms. Great for groups as you are not restricted to parking campers on specific areas. Well shaded because of large trees. Wish they had sewer option but can't complain for the price. Due to river and water along highway tends to be more buggy, but tubing access is awesome. Pay per camper or tent without restrictions on number of people in camper which seems to be the norm for campgrounds now. Grateful to whoever keeps...
