This lake is on the Alpine Trail Loop at the last stop of the scenic drive in the Great Basin National Park. This is a beautiful lake but not as pretty as Stella lake. There were a ton of flies here that we didn’t encounter at Stella. If you plan on a picnic, do that at Stella lake. You will see them both on the 2.7 mile 450 foot elevation hike. The hike is worth it
