Black River Reservation Bur Oak — Attraction in Elyria

I am tired of getting tripped and chased by dogs with irresponsible owners at this park. Today I was bit by a dog named Lacey she was on a tandem leash with another dog that was no less than 20 ft long the owners that were with her were unapologetic and said there was no law or rule that requires their dog to be on a leash that is only 6 ft long. I am posting the rules where on two separate signs it is posted no more than 6 ft!!! I'm going to start reporting irresponsible dog owners...

This place is REALLY pretty. The river is beautiful and the views from the treetops as you walk on the elevated bridge are fantastic.
