Incredible Off-Broadway quality theater in the comfort of cozy and historic Ivoryton! The lush green sprawls out before the steps to this beautiful theater, where inside, the orchestra and balcony seating offer an intimate viewing of a variety of shows. I personally have seen West Side Story and Chicago, 2 of my favorite musicals, as well as The Bells of Dublin, a locally written holiday play (so far). Each performance had a talented cast, precisely choreographed dance numbers (especially given the size of the stage!) and fully functional set design - the quality of shows that they can accomplish here all deserve standing ovations! Even better? Tix@Six Thursdays offers any unsold tickets for that night’s performance for half price at 6pm, making theater a fun and financially-accessible night out. Tix sell out fast though, so don’t be late. While you’re in the area, check out the Ivory Tavern and Cafe, where you can enjoy dinner, drinks at the bar, or relaxing on their ‘beach’ patio while waiting...
