Tuluwat Island — Attraction in Eureka

The wines are very well made. Both their whites and reds are very drinkable and are made for sipping with friends on the deck as well as pairing with an entree for dinner. We loved their Itasca, a brand new variety which only this winery makes currently. The Brianna, Frontenac Blanc, Frontenac Gris and La Crescent are also excellent. The ice wine is spectacular. In reds their Hunter's Red, St. Croix and Marquette are outstanding. The facility itself is very nice with a spacious tasting room plus a great terrace overlooking beautiful landscaping with views of the vineyard. They also have a large event space for wedding receptions and other parties. This is more than worthwhile as a long weekend destination.
