No running water and only 1 primitive outhouse. But if u are there during normal hours you can always visit the route 66 museum across the road. Anyway, the park itself is great. Super great trails for hiking and tought mountain biking. If you can ride these trails without stepping off and with confidence you are in good shape. Like someone else said there are no overlooks technically speaking but you can find one or two if you do some real hiking. From the river just east of the "field" head north across the rr tracks and start clamoring your way up the hills. At the top you will see old foundations from who knows what old building as well as a nice view. I recommend good soled shoes with thick socks, especially if you are new to hiking or are...

They allow horses on the trails, but I have never seen them. I do not think I would take one...
