Fun hike with a great view, but know a few things before you go. It's a moderately difficult hike about 1.5 miles to the top. First, this parking lot is quite small and often full. In that case drive down the road half a mile or so to corwina park (where there's more parking) and cross the road and join up with the bear creek trail from there. Second, the main trail does not take you to the actual 'panorama point' When you get near the top you can look for side trails or you can literally just use gps and google maps to get you there. The spot listed on google is pretty much spot on were the best view is. The first time I went here I got near the top and just used google maps to the actual viewing spot. I've seen lots of people hike the main path and then miss the best view on the hike!

Absolutely gorgeous trail!! It was far more beautiful than expected, and if you’re looking for the ultimate mountain experience with breathtaking views, awing scenery, and a trail that isn’t super difficult to hike, this place is for you! My friend and I enjoyed our lunch on the Point but traveled all the way down Bear Creek Trail (about 5 miles). We saw mountain tops, snow, grasses, boulders, creeks, deer, sycamore trees, and so much more. It was so quiet out there, and we also met several dog-walkers and bikers. But make sure you take a look at the map at the beginning of the trail, because it’s the only one you’ll see until you finish.

I really enjoyed this trail. I went with a group and some people had a harder time with it. I wasn't one of these people. I found a spot to climb up some rocks. Which is my favorite thing to do on a hike. An for me it was easier to go up then down. There wasn't much trash on the trail which was nice. There was shade on the trail which was nice because it was hot today. The only thing that wasn't super great was there isn't parking for big vechiles next to the trail entrance. So that sucked that we had to walk pretty far. I overall I had a really good time it's...
