The Parker Group is a cluster of giant Sequoias situated along the Crescent Meadow Road and Moro Rock trail. You can conveniently see them while hiking or driving through this area of the Giant Forest Grove.

It is believed that these 8 sequoias were likely born around the same time. They are named after the family of U.S. Army captain James Parker and his family. Parker was the acting superintendent of the national park between 1893-1894.

The Parker Group of sequoias appear to be in good condition. They are spaced out just enough where you can stand in the middle and feel surrounded by giant sequoias. Views upward present a circle of canopy that is nice to...

When you stand between the group of trees, you with feel incredible energy, they're is something mythical, and spiritual to stand by these Giants that have experienced and lived an unreliable amount of years. Highly recommend you either go early, or later in the day, and make sure it's a week day. You want to experience The magic of this place by yourself. When you are buried in a incredible large group of people, all trying to take pictures, it makes and ruins the magic that exists with these...

Grab a National State Park pass and get on your way. If you don’t have a pass you can always buy tickets at the gate. This place was breathtaking.

The size of these trees were the biggest I’ve yet to see. If you have the time take a hike on some of the trails.
