A grove of giant redwoods or sequoias should be kept just as we keep a great and beautiful cathedral. Walking, I can almost hear the redwoods beating. And the oceans are above me here, rolling clouds, heavy and dark. It is winter and there is smoke from the fires. It is a world of elemental attention, of all things working together, listening to what speaks in the blood. Whichever road I follow, I walk in the land of many gods, and they love and eat one another. Suddenly all my ancestors are behind me. Be still, they say. Watch and listen. You are the result of the love...

This is a nice area. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This is a grove filled with sequoia trees and there are numerous hiking trails that go through these groves. There’s also a visitor center here with exhibits about sequoia trees and a portion of a sequoia trunk. The parking lot for the visitor center here is also surrounded by sequoias. The Bettle Rock trail is a nice quick stroll from the parking lot to a large boulder with great views of nearby mountains. I gave this area five stars because it’s filled with giant sequoias and it has nice...

Giant Forest in Sequoia National Park is alive with mystery and wonder. We see it all the time - people think they know what to expect here. They come for the massive trees, but just as often, they leave with something much,...

I absolutely love it here try to visit here at least twice a year if not once a year it's always good to go during spring or winter preferably when's her for myself because I like to go hiking in the snow it is always very cold at night I always wear three to four layers of clothes even with base layers on just because my body temperature runs cold and I'm always cold anyway I always see deer and bear when I visit here except for this year I haven't seen any as of yet still hoping to go back and see some more bears
