Early September we had a horrible water backup situation which resulted in many gallons of raw sewage on our 1st floor (bathroom, hallway and kitchen) and basement. The WET team responded quickly and did a remarkable job cleaning the mess and removing all damaged property, sanitizing, and air-scrubbing, dehumidifying and drying out all parts of our house that were damaged. Sadly, despite our plumber's assurance that the backup wouldn't happen again before we had a pipe replaced, the same situation occurred six days later - the night before the plumber was schedule to excavate and replace the sewage pipe. Once again, the WET team came out and made it all alright. Our contact for WET was Rose. She was quick to answer questions and even helped us by quickly sending information including photos directly to our insurance company.
