Very nice place to bring the family for a day at the beach. They have parking but it’s best to get there early because it fills up quickly. They have a nice snack shack with burgers, fries, chicken fingers etc. They have changing rooms, showers and public toilets. The water is warmer than most of the other beaches on the Cape because it’s a little enclosed from the outer ocean. Not much in the way of waves so it’s safe to bring a younger child. Old Silver is my wife and daughters favorite beach.

I came here for the sunsets and wasn’t disappointed. I came with the family and also without the kids. White sand beach, mostly clear water (that’s in the 70’s) that felt great if you’re used to cold water like me. There’s small fishes that swim alongside you and signs of seals. They have a snack bar, restrooms and plenty of parking which shut down/leave at 4:45pm but there’s porta potties for after hours and an outside shower. $30 to park and non locals are welcome.

By far, my favorite beach in Massachusetts. Soft, warm sand both on the beach as well as in the water. Water is typically warm through the summer months. Easy access. Bathrooms available. Food available and priced fairly. It's a small beach, parking is on the pricey side ($30) but to me, it's worth it. We went Sunday of Labor Day weekend, suprisingly there were plenty of parking available at 9am and the lot still wasn't full at 2:30pm when we left.

Nice long beach with lifeguards and amenities. The only downside is the segregation between resident area and parking and "tourist parking" at $30 which is on the small side of the canal with very small beach (unless you want to carry your stuff down the road to the resident area where the beach is longer and nicer). The tourist parking has a small food kiosk with burgers and fast food, toilets, showers, etc.

The best place to see the sunset ♥️♥️♥️ very small waves and best for little children or relaxing adults. Once and a while a storm out at sea and makes the waves more challenging. Gets very very busy now and best of you are staying at the seacrest or in the local area and can afford to arrive early/late. Also get ready to use a HEPA filter to remove the powdery fine sand from your car for weeks 😂
