Zero stars is more appropriate, I will preface by saying I’ve patronized this florist on many occasions . Walked in to purchase flowers for my husband’s funeral, the owner gave condolences handed me a book and said this is my busiest season (graduation) so I won’t be able to spend much time with you? I asked if he wanted me to go somewhere else?? I purchased flowers for casket & a standing spray. The wake was a week later and when we arrived to the funeral home the flowers were never delivered. Funeral parlor jumped into action who called the florist who claimed they didn’t recall flowers in spite of my receipt. I called Scotchwood to get flowers for my father’s memorial service. Dale was extremely helpful over the phone. I was on their website while talking to him, picking out certain arrangements and also asking if they could make some tweaks to others that were available. Everything came out amazing and exactly as I had envisioned! The flowers were delivered on time and arranged for us by the time we showed up at the funeral home.
