Gianna is wonderful! When planning my father’s funeral I left having a photo framed until the very last minute. I called Gianna on Thursday to inquire about a tight turnaround… she invited me to come in and look at what was in stock and said she could do it. Friday she patiently and thoughtfully went over every detail with me for over an hour, checked back stock, and thoughtfully assisted me in putting together the perfect piece to celebrate my father’s memory. I dropped the photo off on Sunday (had to wait for the print) and received a call that the piece was ready Monday afternoon! Her turnaround time was insanely fast (everyone else said they needed at least a week), her price was more than reasonable (I offered to pay a rush fee and she declined), and the quality of her work is beautiful! 10/10 will return to this kind and talented...
