Very disappointed in this attraction. From the time my family pulled in to have our family reunion and the rudeness from the owner about parking as soon as they got there and the hurry to move the cars of the elderly that were unloading. Especially when the cars were parked out back, out of the way, off the trail, not causing any bloackage for other cars or people. Was 100% uncalled for.

Very rude workers and the owner him self Very rude to children talking to them as if they also were not customers. One lady from another party/vistor actually was bold enough to stand up to one of the workers rudeness toward children. (Goooo lady)

Came to find out that when one our relatives went to get the deposit back at the end of the reunion the owner accused our party of being rude to workers and causing issues. Owner then gave a description of said person and vehicle. All info owner gave was a description of NO ONE from our party and we can no longer have our reunions there that has been held there for years.

Needless to say our family will not be back, it was a fun time, nice place but customer service was terrible. To be accused of such acts with out looking into facts or talking like a man/owner, this establishment should be ashamed to have such environment thats directed toward the children/familes with an owner/workers like that. After reading many reviews I clearly am not the only one who has ran into this owners tantrums.

UPDATE........IN the response below shows no concern over the acts or accusation that were made. Not only is the business loosing a whole family of many people, alot of us has spread the word in our communities and our jobs.

Most business owners would be reaching out to get to the bottom of a conflict that 100% didn't not occur because of our party. What a terrible...

According to the website, the park was open until 8pm today, a Sunday. At approximately 4:50 my son was in the main building and asked the worker if there was anywhere he could spend his last 50 cents. The worker shook the tip bucket. My son chose instead to put his money in a claw machine. The worker walked over, unplugged the claw machine and told him to ā€œgo, we’re closing.ā€ My husband observed people still in the park so he wasn’t sure if the park was actually closing before 8 or not. Rather than confront the worker (who had a black beard), my husband chose to take the kids are go. From the time they arrived and paid, until the time they were told the park was closing, they got about 3 hours in for what they paid. The sad thing is, my son told me when they first got there, from what he could see, he ā€œcouldn’t wait to get in there.ā€ Then, calling me on the ride home, he still said they had a great time ā€œbut the people were very mean there.ā€ How...

New ownership is absolutely horrible. We booked the pavilion over 30 days in advance for our softball team picnic. Received an email 2 hours prior to our arrival that they double booked and we would not be able to use the pavilion. They set up picnic tables for us to use and said sorry for the inconvenience. We asked for a refund of the $50 deposit since we had no access to the pavilion. Told us no and that there was nothing they could do for us. Entirely unprofessional and made no effort to make things right for our party. Beware.

As to your reply, nothing I said was untrue. You did not deduct anything from my bill. We paid full price for the group tickets and did not receive the use of the pavilion. You refused to work with us due to your error, and I never agreed to anything. I prepaid $50 to hold the pavilion that you didn't provide. Looking at other recent reviews I'm not the only one having issues with the...

We took our grandkids here and spent the biggest part of the day Last weekend. They absolutely loved it..all 3 went on the bumper boats twice, The go carts twice, played golf, went on the water slides for hours multiple times, got their pictures taken in all of the photo opportunity Stands, I bought matching tee shirts for the kids as well as for my wife and myself. The owners and their family as well as All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They keep The park very clean and well organized, the bathrooms were clean, the food is excellent, the gift shop is well stocked, the picnic areas and pavilion were clean and well maintained, the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this Park and will be going regularly for years to come

Let me dive into this one, the doggy you had chasing kids around the course, awesome.. saw someone swerve the go kart as to not hit the dog and the crashed into the fence and flipped into the road HILARIOUS... Saw somebody attempt to go down the slide, they might've been over the weight limit because it creaked all the way down and they went flying 40 feet way past the water at the bottom lol....lol.... Golf was great I got to ride the gorilla and he gave me a fish to eat, how bout that.... heh... Kept some sand to throw in someone's face later, Look Out!! Managed to get a par 28, not bad if I do say so myself heh.. When i was leaving I hit somebody on a golf cart but maybe he shouldn't have tried to stop me lol can't wait to try again...

I have been coming to this place for years. The Fun Park has a lot of great things and is a cool place to take your kids while in the Cook Forrest area. The problem is the price. I had 4 kids with me - 1 go cart ride each (8 minutes?) - 1 bumper boat ride each (8 minutes?) = $72. There should be some better packages for those who don't want to water slide or play all day. The kids definitely have fun every time they are there and I will probably go again at some point... but man...we were only there less than 30 minutes - $72 in Cooks Forrest...?
