We stopped at Delagoon with our 5th wheel since they had water and electric hookups. It’s a nice enough place to camp but the water supplied is STRAIGHT WELL WATER! Lots of iron! The water filter on our rig did nothing to fix that. Lucky, we only stayed for two nights or the iron in the water would have permanently discolored our shower, toilet and sink. It’s only $20 a night but we will keep driving if in the area again. This is a City owned campground and it would be great if the City of Fergus Falls would use City...
Read moreThis is a great county park on the outskirts of Fergus Falls MN. It has about 24 sites. Half are RV sites. Of those 6 can hold an RV 35-50 ft. It has walking distance to put in a small boat. It is right on the Lakes Bicycle Trail going to St. Cloud. The Bicycle route to d I wntown is about 20 minutes but the Dairy Queen is much closer.
