The Big Screen Store — Attraction in Ferndale

October/November 2016 I researched different models of the latest TV's available for 2016 at many different locations and web sites. Based on this information, I decided to pursue a SAMSUNG. I discovered that The Big Screen Store in Glen Burnie only carried Samsung televisions. I visited this store on back to back days at the end of October 2016. First visit I went alone, and the following day I took my neighbor who has more technical knowledge, and also was researching TV's. Both days the gentleman from TBSS (The Big Screen Store) was so helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. John Chadwick was able to assist, and was so up to date on all the models, and was able to answer any and all questions we asked him. I was so impressed by Mr. John Chadwick's knowledge and non-pushy attitude... and his patience as I walked back and forth between models. He assisted professionally with the measuring of the legs and stance information. He provided unlimited service and help during these 2 days. (NOTE: I did not pull the trigger on either day) I went back the following Saturday (first weekend in November) and asked to see Mr. Chadwick. He again spent all the time needed to assist me and answered my same questions. I picked out the TV I decided on, and Mr. Chadwick sat me down and explained each part of the payment and "free delivery and setup" process. Mr. Chadwick impressed me so much with his professional attitude and knowledge, that I have spread the word to my friend and coworkers to trust this store and Mr. Chadwick. It was a pleasure doing business at this location, and I will definitely continue to recommend Mr. Chadwick. The delivery and setup went smoothly.. and I couldn't be happier with my purchase... or this whole shopping process. Kudos to...

My experience with the Big Screen Store began in May 2021. My wife and I visited the Annapolis, Maryland store and were very pleased to meet Jim Maher who spent a considerable amount of time discussing the options for purchasing a new Samsung high definition television and a credenza on which to place it. Both were delivered in excellent condition and we have been enjoying watching movies and shows on a high definition television set. Several weeks ago the left door on the credenza would not close shut. It was not catching on the bracket inside. We called the Annapolis store and were told that Jim had changed locations and was at the Glen Burnie store. My wife exchanged information with Jim along with several pictures of the credenza door. After taking the initial information and looking at our pictures Jim offered to come out to our home on his day off to look at the credenza door. He arrived on time today and spent almost an hour reworking the fastening brackets inside the cabinet and on the door. In short, he fixed the problem and there was no charge. I have been a consumer for seventy years. I have rarely seen such outstanding service for a product that was bought and delivered. In these days one can rarely get a person on the phone when calling a business. If you want outstanding PERSONAL service I highly recommend you deal with Jim Maher at the Big Screen Store. He is a personable competent professional who is a delight...

Excellent experience. I never really heard of Big Screen TV store until the financing company i used recommended them for purchasing my electronics. I live like an hour from this store but it was worth the drive. When i called my local store, they didnt answer so I contacted the Glen Burnie store, Mr. Michael answered. He gave me phenomenal customer service over the phone, straightforward no chasers. He answered questions about the price over the phone, discussed the specs and everything. I was so impressed that i came in the BWI store the very next day and purchased my item with Mr. Michael only. He was just as helpful in the store as on the phone. I couldnt moss him bc he discribed himself too the tee, Goatee to be exact (great sense of humor). He didn't give any pressure and was happy to accomodate anyway possible. I recommend you to not just view their website but come to the actual store. You will be amazed at the merchandise and prices for quality items. The truly do beat their competitors prices...I confirmed online immediately and was sold. I scheduled delivery and got the date i requested and the installers were even more professional. The overall experience is truly a 5 star rating.
