Your experience will vary based upon the seasons in which you choose to visit.

My review is an average base upon the summer vs off season visits.

In summer, full services. Playgrounds, picnic facilities, restrooms, Ballonfest, manicured sports fields, walking paths, lots of space for activities.

5 stars if visiting during the "season".

Off season review:

3 stars.

Same amenities as above minus access to bathroom facilities.

Don't plan for a long walk here or taking your kid if they are the type that shouts "I have to go potty" when you jump out of the car or if you have a weak constitution.

The bathrooms are closed when it gets cold and there are no porta potties to be seen.

Bring the kiddos after the gas station bathroom stop!

Would be 5 stars if they would bother to put up off season facilities.

Alas... You'll have to take your toddler (and maybe yourself?) to pee on a tree in the woody area if nature...

Huge hot air balloon gathering turned into family festival. Kind of expensive. A kids ride bracelet for just the bouncy houses was $12. and one for other rides was $20. Too windy for balloons to take off so they just blew them up for the night " Glow". Was very pretty but a little disappointing that the balloons didn't take off or land. My granddaughtes rode in the bouncy bubbles. My littlest one, 7 yrs old, was afraid and didn't have control of it. The 12 yr old did better but my girls just aren't...

My daughter really loves this park. Lots of playground space and just running around space in general. Lots of swings, so there is usually at least one open. 2 of the chair swings too, which I think is nice. Toddler area and big kid area. Soft-ish ground in play areas so falling doesn't hurt as much. There's fields too for like soccer or if you want to walk or jog. Bathrooms and covered picnic areas....

The park has a ton to offer year around. Lots room for for family activities. Also has a nice playground. And Findlay is a awesome small city it’s bicycle friendly and has some of the best cafes around.Balloon Fest is held here annually, what a great time! We’ll definitely be there this year and can’t wait. Balloon Fest is Aug. 13th through the 15th 2021.

Had a lot of fun at the balloon fest. Wish they had the balloons go up higher in the air though. except for the one. Lol Plenty of options for kids to play and food stalls were available too. Parking was $10 and they had the mobile toilets.
