If I could give this establishment ZERO stars I would. This review is a long time coming and I wish that I would've written it sooner. Each time I think about it it makes me sick to my stomach... My best friend and I went for massages the morning of her wedding. During the middle of my massage the therapist (Erica Sain) took my diamond necklace off. She didn't ask if she could and didn't say anything when she did it, but I've had my jewelry removed before when getting a massage so didn't think much of it. I was trying to relax, obviously, and had a lot on my mind as it was a huge day for my best friend and I was quite nervous about having to give my speech at the reception. After the hour passed and my massage was complete, I got dressed and my friend and I hurried off to get ready for the ceremony. I wasn't even thinking of my necklace until I went to get dressed and realized that the woman never gave it back to me. I called in immediately and gave the therapist's name and my appointment time and told them I forgot my necklace and that I'd like to come back to pick it up. They placed me on hold and when they returned to the phone told me that the therapist reported that there was no jewelry left behind. I explained that she had taken it off my neck during my massage and never returned it to me. She would not admit that she took it. This was a $1000 diamond necklace given to my on my first wedding anniversary from my husband and meant the world to me. I hung up with them and called my husband, a little hysterical, to report what was going on. It dawned on me that the reason she didn't ask me if she could take it off was obviously because she had no intention of returning it. I asked my husband if he could call back and speak with a manager as we were trying to finish getting ready. The manager was not at all helpful and eventually ended up passing our call on to the owner of the company. He stuck up for the therapist completely, said that they had worked there for quite some time, wouldn't lie about taking a necklace and wouldn't steal from a client. They would not help us in any way. After the wedding I looked the therapist up on CCAP and found that she had a record of theft!
The hardest part was that we were still paying this necklace off and had to be reminded every month when we made the payment about this terrible experience. Moral of the story: DO NOT GO HERE! This business obviously does not do background checks on their employees and honors the employee's word vs...
Read moreI’ve been seeing Mae at Kneaded Relief for years, and I will continue to book with her for as long as she’s there. She is absolutely amazing! Mae is incredibly attentive, and her attention to detail is second to none. She takes the time to really assess my skin and always comes up with a tailored plan to address its needs. I can feel how much she truly cares about her craft and it’s clear she loves what she does. What really sets Mae apart is how calming and relaxing the experience is. From start to finish, she makes me feel completely at ease. She has a way of making the entire treatment feel personalized and thoughtful. After each session, she always follows up with recommendations to help me maintain the results at home, which I really appreciate. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and confident in the care I’ve received. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands skin and gives you that extra level of care, I can’t recommend Mae enough! She truly is an asset of Kneaded Relief.

The entire facility always feels fresh and well-maintained, which really adds to the overall sense of relaxation. From the moment I walk in the door the representatives are always so positive, polite, and genuinely helpful. It’s easy to relax and unwind here because I know I’m in...
Read moreI booked a relief pedicure. I haven't gotten a pedicure at a spa so maybe I am misunderstanding the atmosphere. I thought the spa is a quiet/no phone zone (there were signs), however, the woman next to me would not stop talking. At all. Ever. About anything. Her cats and their costumes, work worries, child worries, really anything at all. Laughing and complaining was loud and really was continuous. Eventually I ended up plugging my ears with my fingers which did cut down on hearing the chatter substantially. Unfortunately, it left me with sore forearms and I could only do it for so long. I went at twilight, and the view was beautiful, however, it was completely ruined by the bright, cold flourescent lighting. Once my ears were plugged at my eyes were closed, the stone massage was really nice. I wouldn't ever get a pedicure here again but would try the massage or facials, as I would hope they are quiet and relaxing. Again, maybe this is common practice for a pedicure at a spa, in which case, disregard...
