Quarry Ridge Recreation Area — Attraction in Fitchburg

This is a great example of a trail system built for all riders, young to old, beginner to expert. There are plenty of green and blue trails that give kids and beginners a chance to hone their skills before graduating to the black trails. This is an amazing MTB network right by Madison. Dizzy and lakeside give you an easy entry into trails. The recent work added some additional jump opportunities (still rollable). Taking rewind to the top gives you access to many more exciting trails. Drops, jumps, and berms are plenty. There's even a freeride rock bowl area with infinite lines.
