North Jetty Beach offers stunning scenery and is a fantastic spot for photography enthusiasts. The picturesque landscapes provide ample opportunities to capture breathtaking photos. Beach is wonderful, safe, and clean, with very nice sand. Lots of driftwood to enjoy (illegal to remove), and nice dunes to climb. Great steady wind for flying kites too. The jetty is also nice to walk, but be wise when deciding how far to venture out; the rocks get more and more treacherous the further you go.
The parking is the worst part about this beach, and currently contains well over a dozen potholes that appear deep enough to bottom out most cars, though I didn't test...
   Read moreThe beach here is almost always empty. Great place to bring the dogs (please clean up after them though) and to comb the shore. Haceda Beach is approximately 1 mile walking from this spot.
Parking lot is large but look out for GIANT potholes. There is one toilet available that is handicapped accessable and it seems to be serviced quite regularly. Beach is roughly .2 miles from parking lot over sand and rock.
