Well, the lady at the front was nice, and the cool dude driving the airboat was funny, but I didnโt meet one Native American at all here.
Iโm writing this review while sitting in the snake show, where the speaker while knowledgeable, was rude as hell. Itโs hard too look at this **head when we were one minute late to the show and he pushed our children out.
The swamp buggy was sort of an adventure, but the driver spent his entire time distributing his uneducated rhetoric about health and economy, while we were passing several different species of plant and animal.
For the money we spent, I say this place blows. And if youโre looking to get a break from civilization, try somewhere else! This place is capitalizing on the facade of the Native American....which will be an indicator for you when you arrive and see less than 40 patrons.
Instead of the "owner" investigating on how to make my future experiences better, they would rather give me the finger...which is why this place is empty. What's funny is it was my kid crying pulling on the door and this presenter (Hans, with a Cuban accent) Pushed him back. Go check your cameras. Second, we waited until the next show and coincidentally the same issues happened with another family. Hans let them in! We all just shook our heads and stayed polite. By no means did I even dare to profanely tantrum in front of my children. And, here is your staff:
African-American girl, very nice but not Native Cuban Air boat Driver Cuban or Wherever, but not native snake presenter American, and uneducated, and certainty not native swamp buggy driver. American waitresses (and I don't mean Native American)
Am I missing anybody?
Wait, there's more: The snake show gives a presentation of 3 snakes which costed us $38 and everybody left early. Did they not? Please check your surveillance cameras.
Air boat ride wasn't bad at all, but that was because the driver was very nice and funny, my kids liked him.
Rude waitresses no personality -- definitely not native American hospitality
Hans needs a new job
Place needs a makeover...but wait, that's right "pardon your dust" the signs that are everywhere and have been up for a year!
And who are you? The owner? I doubt it. And if I were to stereotype, it would be the way you are handling this matter and how your very volatile business...

One of the few that hits florida this time of year. But on the up side every one was very attentive, friendly and willing to really spend time educating us ALL about the everglades and swamp life. The air boat ride was great . Our guide Armando (steven Seagal) was absolutely amazing very informative, so nice to us ,really wanted our experience to be a great one. And it was, for as cold as it was we really did not want to get wet. And he took great care to keep us dry. We learned at about the Seminole Indians, and how they were the only Indians that were not captured and contained by the United States government ,they had decided to let them keep Florida. After many tries. They have beautifully clean well keep bathrooms and showers .I learned that they rent out by the night little huts that they call chickees. Which are thatched huts with beds inside of them.. t hey over look the swamp . The windows have mosquito netting in the windows so the showers in the restrooms are for the people who rent the chickee's. There are alligator shows snake shows and Critter shows. We went to the snake show it was very interesting. And about an hour long. Then off to the cafe. We all ordered and the food was excellent. My chili was delicious. The bison burger also was great and the hamburgers. Then on to the zoo which I'll post pictures. We spent 5 hours. I highly recommend the great...

I am Floridian and yet never visited before now. My Harley-loving husband felt like a Harley ride on Snake Road so we decided to check this out. Snake road goes through the reservation (Seminole Tribe) so the ride itself is pretty interesting to see all the infrastructure of the reservation such as the senior care and the community center.
We both had very low expectations thinking that the park would just be a couple of air boats and maybe some alligator wrestling or something. Turns out this park was much bigger than we realized (not huge, just bigger than our expectations). They had animals from all around the world (which did seem odd so this is not necessarily a true Florida experience but it does add some more interest). We took the short air boat ride (I believe it was about 20 minutes) which is where you see a more natural Florida (plus some exotic animals the park felt they needed to add and the channel may be man-made however the Indians did make channels through the mangroves even before the white men arrived). I included a photo from the ride because it was just so beautiful, so serene. We plan to return to check out the swamp buggies. This park did not necessarily make any references to the Indians and their connection to the land, especially of being the true Florida natives however there is a museum one passes to get to this park which does make the connection and so I would recommend that also for a more...
