The park was beautiful and well mantained. The playground looks like it gets hot but they have shaded areas to sit and eat with BBQs......update.....they have a new playground but it's not open yet. Looks like they are getting ready to pour concrete for the sidewalk. So right now swings and basketball courts are all that's open for the kids. Looking forward to the beach opening back up for the kids to swim.

Quiet area for the little ones , my son loves coming here. Pack up a bag and hang in the shade. You can grill up by the picnic tables and watch the boats. Jumping of the pier is my favorite, though the signs so no jumping or diving (which I think is just for liability) its too fun not to.

We an amazing day at this beautiful park. Our Family Reunion 2022 was a success. We grilled, played games, laughed, and enjoyed family time. We missed those that couldnā€™t make it. Our custom shirts made by BC Apparel (find them on social media) Beautiful views all around.

Bishop Park is a beach park along the shores of Lake Placid. It's complete with a playground and a really nice boat launch that was super busy when I passed through here on Sunday morning. The fishing pier looked good and had a small crowd looking for dinner.

Nice place for family and friends to get together. They have a big grill with shade. Also has a playground for little kids. It has restrooms for men and women. It also has a place were you can bring your boats in and go have some fun in the water. I don't think they allow swimming...
