James Ormond Park — Attraction in Florida

Nice, big, open park. Lots of good parking, with several handicap concrete parking pads, and concrete sidewalks leading to block bathroom facilities, and children's play area and jungle gym equipment. Wheelchair, walker, cane friendly to the max.

Shady spots for watching the grandchildren. Also, there's unobstructed view for hundreds of yards of open area if slightly older children need more running/playing room.

The bathrooms are block construction with running, non-potable water (water for flushing and hand washing only) ---...

This is a kewl little park....nothin to fancy....but nice and usually little to nobody is there. But keep in mind it is kinda up in the woods.....so I suggest U have some bug repellent hand....U very well my need it. It has fresh (not well) water. With water fountain and spigot that are fresh water. It also has a fairly large field area that would be good for various sports if U wanted to. Even know it's quaint and tucked away it claims to have video surveillance so U may wanna mind whatcha...

This is a beautiful Park and nice place to walk around maybe even have a picnic. Beautiful playground. I was there and there was nobody else there but me so I walked around and then I found this tombstone. I didn't realize someone was buried there. I thought it was just a regular Park. If you overlook the grave is still a nice park to visit very peaceful very quiet very safe it's a shame that nobody's using the...
