Jim Neville Marine Preserve — Attraction in Florida

Kayak or paddle from turtle beach down the canal to this preserve named after a Sarasota environmentalist. Very shallow! I could not find any “mangrove tunnels” - they said paddling around the island is a 1 mile loop. We saw black crowned heron eating a frog. Saw cormorants.
