We recently had the most incredible experience at Miami ATV Rentals, and it’s a day my kids and I will cherish forever! From start to finish, everything about the tour exceeded our expectations.

The staff were warm, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable and safe before starting. They walked us through all the safety protocols and gave a quick demo, which was super helpful, especially for first-timers like us.

The trails were nothing short of spectacular—well-maintained with a perfect mix of excitement and challenge. We got to navigate through scenic routes with mud, hills, and plenty of opportunities to kick up some dirt. My kids absolutely loved it, and their laughter and excitement made the experience even more special.

The ATVs were in excellent condition and easy to handle, even for beginners. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, constantly checking in to ensure everyone was having a great time. They even stopped at the best spots for photos, which made for some awesome memories to take home.

Hands down one of the “Best” experiences we’ve ever had! We went in expecting a fun ATV ride, but what we got was a full-blown adventure that totally blew us away.

From the start, everything was super well organized, but the real magic came from our instructors, Matthew and Salo. These two were absolute legends. They struck the perfect balance between keeping things safe and making it insanely fun. You could tell right away they love what they do, and their energy was contagious. They made sure we were comfortable with the ATVs, gave us clear guidance, and then took us on an unforgettable ride through some of the most stunning terrain we’ve ever seen.

The trails were epic! Dust flying, heart racing, with moments that made us feel like we were in an action movie. There were twists, turns, hills, and wide open fields, everything you’d want from a thrill ride. And doing it all with my sister made it that much better. We were screaming, laughing, racing each other, and soaking up every second.

Me and my crew was scheduled for 11:30pm the email they send out states to be there 20 mins early. We got there at 11pm we didn’t get to the ticket counter until 12:30am. They stated that they was behind and we want go until another hour. We ask about a refund and she stated the deposit was none refundable and all she can do is reschedule for a different day. I then stated that i didn’t live in Miami and traveled from Arkansas. She then stated the deposit is good for 30 days which i want be back in 30 days. This business is very unprofessional. There was multiple people in line behind me that was also scheduled for same time that had canceled because of the wait time and unprofessionalism. There was also some people there that was scheduled at 9:30 and was still waiting. The business is outside of Miami so is was about a hour from south beach the uber was $70 to get there and $70 back. I text about 9 asking how was the weather there to make sure the ride was still scheduled before paying for a uber. The lady text and said the weather is great.
