Well, never again in my life would i be returning to this disgrace of an such place that’s expensive and boring! I must be stupid to come here again especially noticing how backwards racist, colorist, and fat shamming this place could really be in its true form besides the false advertisement displayed for those to come in and experience HELL FARM! Moving forward how are you going to dis my kid cause of their weight because they wanted to ride the animal talking about “gordito” i picked up spanish 1 and 2 in highschool so i ain’t crazy when i heard you said that to my baby like…??! you don’t have the respect nor the privilege of speaking to my kid like that especially when i’ve seen better caring response to those of the same skin complexion as the rude employees (cubans) and the same weight . Next i thought the rumors where false coming from a friend saying that, she overheard some of their employees talking among themselves, one time about how there were vloggers, and they were recording about this place and how it was fun and exciting etc etc … and how the rumors were that the manger so called Cristina, told her employees, to give these vloggers freebies to all attractions that COST money for everybody else to up their experiences and to give false advertising cause i guess BUSINESS ISNT BOOMING!! like whaaa!?! and plus how rude they were to everyone else especially when the vloggers who were treated with up most respect maybe cause they were given privileges to publicize their farm, so they could gain more attraction come to find out they are just ordinary caucasian or cuban hicks that are entering the entertainment industry. like how are you going to allow these people the pass of such sort of things while i had to wait in line in this hot south florida heat especially when the lines move slow due to the lack of employees, being on the phone, but very alerted when these vloggers came about !!! how unprofessional, rude, fake, disgusted hospitality, and to put the cherry on the cake disrespectful to those who really want to experience a sense of get away but even that is expensive to enter and get food, get on rides and do anything worth remembering and reminiscing on! the only free thing you can do is walk around and window shop . i had to leave early since i thought everything was included in the deal mentioned in the front by a rude trashy of an employee. why are you guys even hiring minors as a form of employee these KIDS are very rude bratty privileged and a mess to even consider them as good employees. Lastly i had more fun at the near by taco area down the street to your right with the upmost respect and hospitality and from actually hard-working individuals who value their customers who value what they put in as work . them tacos highly recommend instead of these dollar tree burgers with dollar tree buns and dollar tree condiment especially when it’s 10 dollars !?! whaaa what so special about these burgers they only come in one patty no cheese and i heard it’s an extra 3 dollars for more like an extra patty and fries and soda. I could’ve got a whole family combo meal at Burger king with a coupon less than the price they’re asking for. they are robbing you blind if you think this is a worth the getaway for the family.
Shaking my head. i won’t being be coming back to this anti POC...

Pros #1: The guided parking and security are great, courteous, and professional.
Con #1: Security needs to go beyond the parking area, the entrance area, and patrol a little bit, there was a lot of BS happening inside and they were far from being seen. Examples are, rude people in lines, and small kids wandering by themselves (one toddler almost fell into the lake where the paddle boats are).
Pro #2: The giant Christmas tree is amazing! Even better than some local City Halls around town. I recommend taking all the photos that you can.
Con #2: The location of where Santa is located is kind of odd, I actually found him by accident, further down the main path. I recommend the farm to put him in a more central location, like by the big Christmas tree for example.
Pro #3: The Christmas milkshakes are amazing! Although they cost double than regular, I think it is worth it. But I understand this is something others might disagree with based on their financial situation.
Con #3: Excluding the tree, I believe they need to improve on their overall Christmas decorations, they look kind of rushed and incomplete, leaving a bunch of areas in the dark. I also have to say that overall, they need to put more general lights on the farm, as it was getting hard to see a path that is beaten down with a lot of trip hazards if not careful.
Pro #4: Great service overall from their staff in all areas except one, which is the paddle boat area and another detail.
Con #4: The paddle boat staff needs to work on their customer service, they were a bunch of high school kids caring less on what's going on. Also generally speaking, some of their staff don't speak English, I understand it is Miami, but being this a tourist attraction, they get people from other parts of the state that don't speak Spanish. My girlfriend couldn't communicate when asking where the bathrooms are if I wasn't there, she could have peed herself.
Pro #5: I liked that once you bought your ticket, you can come in and out as you please, as long as you have your wristband on. Other places don't let you do that (yes I'm talking about you Berry Farms).
Overall, I think this place is better to visit during the day, and please check your tires before going there as the parking area is a little uneven in some sections.

Read moreOur first visit and I was completely blown away by their AWESOMENESS. It is on the expensive side, but SO WORTH IT!! We spent SIX hours here, from 1pm til closing, and still missed things to do. Not packed at all and A LOT to see and do. I had planned for a couple of hours, thinking it was just a regular farm... WRONG! This place is so much more than a farm. You will need the entire day to explore and enjoy it. And you need to bring your camera. From their Instagram perfect pumpkin patch, to the idyllic paddle boat river, to the humongous bouncy mat, to their animals, the petting zoo, the pony rides and the ultra-delicious, true Mexican tacos de carne or yummy tacos al pastor, natural Icecreams, smoothies, even a magic show by the amazing Danny H (his tricks will leave you stunned, really), you will fall in LOVE with Pinto's Farm. It's been a long time coming for us, but we are hooked for life. I didn't know it was so awesome... had I known before, I would have been there all the time. The eating areas are plenty and clean, the restrooms are clean and stocked, the animals are happy and well fed, everyone who works here is NICE, POLITE AND HELPFUL... I can go on and on and on... Did I mention they have super cool and totally sustainable water boxes, tractor rides, gem and fossil discovery stations and boogie carts, even for the littlest riders? And the best part is: most of everything is included with your ticket! Even with the pesky rain today and the abundance of muddy puddles, this place has really left a mark in our little family. We literally CANNOT stop talking about it and we literally CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK. My 5 year old twins are happy and elated and excited and super tired, and counting the days to return and do everything again. My son found SIX shark teeth and a tiny trilobite in his fossil bounty!! And my daughter found very fancy gems, like agate, carnelian, onyx, rose quartz and moonstone!! They spent one hour here at home sorting and marveling at their treasures. Kudos to ALL THE WONDERFUL STAFF for making our visit soooo memorable and fun! I am very hard to impress, but Pinto has really left me all wowed up. Simply SPECTACULAR. A million, gazillion,...
