Just a couple of miles north of Easton, my friends and I use this place as a launching point for our inner-tube trips down the Delaware.
There's a completely unenforceable No Swimming sign that's easily ignored.
Just hop in the river and float away.
We like to take a cooler of beer, which, on account of lawyers, you can't do on commercial, tubing trips.
A couple of hours later, we arrive at the Phillipsburg boat ramp, which is right behind the liquor store where we buy the beer, and adjacent to a big, free, parking lot where we drop a second car to drive back to Frost Hollow to get the first car.
