Frost Hollow Overlook — Attraction in Forks Township

Just a couple of miles north of Easton, my friends and I use this place as a launching point for our inner-tube trips down the Delaware.

There's a completely unenforceable No Swimming sign that's easily ignored.

Just hop in the river and float away.

We like to take a cooler of beer, which, on account of lawyers, you can't do on commercial, tubing trips.

A couple of hours later, we arrive at the Phillipsburg boat ramp, which is right behind the liquor store where we buy the beer, and adjacent to a big, free, parking lot where we drop a second car to drive back to Frost Hollow to get the first car.

It is a county park that no one takes care of. A local business owner has recently been granted the ability to run his whitewater tubing out of this location and it is an absolute mess! Discarded water bottles, flip flops and more litter the shoreline....
