We were so excited to visit(walk in) but sadly felt like an annoyance rather than welcomed. The place is all locked up with no signage of what to do. I wonder how many people have come to visit during "open" hours, but couldn't get in and just left. Very poorly set up and staffed. So let me tell you what to do when you arrive... Go to the office building ring the bell... Then pay $15 each and they will let you in the museum. They do not accept anything but exact cash(no change or credit card )We weren't offered a tour or anything. Asked for a calendar of events and never got it. I shouldn't be more excited about this topic and sharing it then the staff working here! Represent these heros with the respect...

I hope my 8 year olds generation learns the whole history of the USA and local history and not just the certain pretty stories that sound good... Thank I learned a lot. I want to come back when it is not so busy so I can time to...
