So I have three terrible experiences with this place, each time I believed that they were just mistakes. However, it turns out that the management and employees just do not care about their jobs or this place.
My first experience with this place was when an employee did not explain any rules. They just said, "do not touch stuff and move them out of place, and avoid the stickered material". Let that sink in, we could not solve anything since half the material was stickered and the other were hidden in the room. They did not apologize either. They were extremely rude when we asked for help and clues.
My second trip here was when one of the locks were broken. We rang the bell that gets an employee in the room for 30 minutes. We were one puzzle away from solving the room. The lock was legitimately broken. So for thirty minutes we are trying to ring a bell, and get an employee to help. No one responds to the timer goes off. Think about how frustrating that is. Again, no one apologized or offered a refund. Oh yeah and they were rude saying we should've asked how to reset the locks.
My third time here, we were 8 minutes late. The front desk employee then scolded us saying that we were late and they took 10 minutes from our escape time. We managed to escape the room. The employee then came at us with a nasty attitude and accused us of cheating. She literally said that we cheated, and scolded us for not finishing all of the puzzles. Again, no rules were explained at all. So, how did we cheat ? she did not even go over the theme of the puzzle or the rules. She was extremely condescending from the start of us entering the room. I can almost say that she was racially profiling.
In conclusion, this place is unprofessional, rude, and sleezy. They did not offer a refund after having us sit in a broken room for 30 minutes as the employees refused to answer the bell. I want a refund, but knowing this company they probably need the money more than I do

   Read moreI came here last summer and now having experienced different escape rooms, I can see just how awful this place is. First of all, the staff was unwelcoming and barely explained how to get through the escape room. They didn’t explain how to reset their locks if we needed to (which we did). During the escape room, one of the locks wouldn’t open. We ended up reaching for our clue box and found out that our answer was correct but the lock was malfunctioning. It was the main reason why we were unable to escape the room. This brings me to my second point because my partner and I rang the doorbell many times trying to ask for help. Literally no one came to our help until 15 minutes later. Im convinced that in the case of an emergency, we would’ve been trapped. We were unable to advance through the puzzle and ultimately lost which was incredibly frustrating. At the end, there was no compensation or apology given. I would just save your money and go somewhere else more professional because this escape room surely...

Took my daughter and her friend tonight and in the room there was several different boxes and lockers that had combination locks that you had to get the combination from one another, well in box #5 we figured out the combination but the lock would not take it and open which prevented us from being able to escape, after the hour the girl came in and I asked her to open the lock which would have given us the next set of clues and she couldn't even open it!!! So we made it half way thru before we was held up on 5 of 12 total locks and clues due to their lock malfunctioning!! When leaving I asked for a discount on the next visit and the girl laughed at me. Not worth the $70 I paid for just three of us to make it half way thru escaping and then held up because of there faulty equipment....SMH DO BETTER...
