I’ve used this place several times, but today was not a good experience. I called and asked for a part, whoever I spoke with said they had two. An hour later I show up and am ignored by two men at the counter. A third guy shows up and after bit asks how he can help. I tell him what I need, he looks it up and goes to the back. He said they didn’t have any but could order it for me. I can do that on Amazon and save money! I specifically drove over there because I was told they had what I needed. Then they asked me if the guy I spoke to laid hands on it or brought it up to the counter- I don’t know if he did his job or not! It was a wasted trip, terrible customer service and why people use Amazon...

I called to check on a part (fuse) for a dryer. I was told it was in stock, I asked if he needed a part number to make sure, Justin said it was ok that he had the fuse. I drive 20 min to get it, come to find out he didn’t have it. He said he’d have to order it and it will be 2 days. I didn’t order on amazon ($12 cheaper) because I was already here. 2 days later I drive all the way back and they got me the wrong part. I asked for my money back and they needed my card which i left at home. I told the lady there about my experience and she was unsympathetic and acted defensive towards the situation like it was my fault. Now I have to drive back and forth for a 3rd time. Almost 2 hours of driving...

Absolutley horrible customer service. We purchased a stove from them. Once we got it home and installed it we realized it had no stovetop grates with it. We contacted them the next morning because they were already closed by the time we got it out of the box and installed. They treated us very poorly. After 6 phone calls and two days later the manager finally gave them to us. Not even one apology from them. We will never do business with them again. Nor do we recomend wasting your time or money with these people. This company is a waste of time and money....
