Tillman Park — Attraction in Fort Wayne

Tillman Park in Fort Wayne, Indiana, proved to be the perfect backdrop for this season of Youth Flag Football. It was awesome seeing the vibrant energy and community spirit from both the players and the parents. My only criticism is the field is a fair distance from the parking lot and playground. It’s a shame that the people who play soccer there absolutely destroy the place with trash. Apparently they’ve never learned the concept of putting trash in a bin so it goes to the dump. I also don’t understand how they produce so much trash in the first place. I guess they meet there for dinner and then throw all their styrofoam containers...

The park itself is great. Well kept softball diamonds, frisbee golf, a soccer field and a large play area for children.
