ProfessioNails — Attraction in Fort Worth

I came to get my nails done with my mom but they only were able to service one person at the time, I should've walked out then. I sit to get my nails done and I show the lady the first picture that I wanted in red, she said she couldn't do the letters but she can do the look of the nails, again I should've left then but I stayed and asked if she can do the second picture SHE RESPONDED YES SHE CAN DO THAT SAME COLOR AND EVERYTHING! She measures my nails and we get the length, she says $65. I say okay and she starts on my nails. The powder shade I picked was a pink not too light not too dark, as she's applying it the powder comes out as a marble look but she doesn't say anything until she's coated the whole half of the nail saying it looks like marble which is did, which is again not what I asked for at this point I let her continue because I drove ways to get my nails done. She finishes up and oils my cuticles, she's forgetting the diamonds so I tell her and she looks across the room and speaks to another lady then back to me to ask how many fingers I wanted diamonds on... all at the tips like in the photo I showed and she said she can do. The other lady comes over as she says that'll be +$25 extra because the diamonds look like POLISH GLITTER. This is the best place to ever get your nails done. Especially if you ask for Trina. Trina's been doing my nails for years I would never let anyone else do them. Not to say that anyone else there isn't competent enough to do them but I just know Trina personally and I know that I love the way she does them so ladies get out and try this place this is my first time there but let me tell you it won't be my last. This is my new nail home. So for anything you need done would there be your nails are your toes or who knows what else they have to offer a head on over and let them help you out everyone there is so nice and it really is clean and I think you'll enjoy it. Staff was not friendly, I got a full dip set with French and they look awful. The lines aren’t straight or even whatsoever. The top part of my nail that’s supposed to be clear/pink came out straight up gray because my tech was so sloppy with the white dip. No manicure was included, I had to ask just for lotion after. To make everything worse my tech walked away and FORGOT about me there for about twenty minutes until I had to ask for someone to come back and finish so I could leave. Who I assume was the manager laughed that she left to go eat in the back and that she forgot about me. No discount or attempt to correct any mistakes. Waste of time and money,...
