Texas 9 Golf — Attraction in Fort Worth

Unprofessional incompetent UNRELIABLE. if there was an option to select Quarter of a star that still would be too much. This place is owned and ran by an unethical management staff. Will book your event and breach the contract with no remorse. I was contacted and confirmed with a contract and this facility calls a week prior to my event only to change and state it was booked. I was contacted October 2021, contracted EARLY 2022 and contract BREACHED 1 week prior to my Dec 10th event. Was then told by manager JR that since they double booked they would pay the difference. He found a new venue that would meet my original contracted specs but then backed out once the bill was submitted. So now VERBAL AND WRITTEN contract breached. Tried to reach out to the owners. Called and left my number to discuss…I’m still waiting for a call back. Don’t waste your time with this facility as a contract does not matter if it doesn’t suit their needs.

Actually it’s very factual and I have my documentation, emails and text. Everything I stated is truth. You admitted to double booking. That’s your fault. I also have the right to be emotional when you go against your word and ruin what was planned months in advance in 2021. Who cares about the credit you offered. I was going to PAY for the bar and the 2 rms. You wanted to reduce me to a sweet 16 in a bar after your event. I don’t have to settle for less to appease you. After being double booked, booted and lied to numerous times who would book with you in the future. Your word is paper thin sir so no thank you. I won’t conform so I’m unreasonable. Okay.

Also you stated it’s the owners corporate event and you had spoken to them about dates, covering cost NOW you state you are the owner. Your stories haven’t been the same since you called me. Once again sir you’ve proven yourself to be a liar. God will deal with you. He hears and sees all. Done speaking to you. ...

Course has significantly declined in recent months and even years. Greens are arguably the worst I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the “night range”… the lights don’t even work. I went in one evening around sunset last week, the manager and employees watched me and other golfers walk in to the range and didn’t mention nothing about the lights not working, and that they would NOT be turning on when it was just about to get dark. They’d rather us purchase range balls and hit in the dark - giving them our wasted money. I gave them the benefit of the doubt - later in the week I reached out in advance and asked if the lights would be on. The girl working the desk said they would be. Once again, the manager and employees watched golfers come in again to purchase balls - and didn’t warn one person the lights still are not working and would not be turning on, causing us again to waste more money. Just close at sunset if that's the case. In addition, the lights don't even turn on over the putting and chipping greens. What's the point of having them? Not everyone wants to come practice in 100 degree heat in the middle of the day. Lastly, the ball machine was empty one night for a significant amount of time. Not one employee to be found - eventually someone came to give out some balls (appeared to be some sort of manager). However, he seemed intoxicated and multiple people pointed it out. Its a shame this course has gone downhill so quickly - it had a lot...

Really impressed with this 9 hole as I’m one who is very selective on courses.

FIRST… the carts (yes, you can walk it…) but these carts are truly the Rolls Royce of golf carts. The massive speakers, phone charger ports, dial to select D R N, the steering capabilities, the appearance.. everything is top tier. Incredible!!!

Second.. the course. You can tell the maintenance team and management are on the ball. We’ve golfed this course in the past and it was garbage. NEW MANAGEMENT has transformed this course!! 💯 the greens are well kept, the distance measurements are accurate, the uniqueness of each hole.. it’s all wonderful. We loved it so much, we ran it back a second time. It takes 1.5 hours or less (depending on traffic) to complete the whole course.

Third.. the staff and management are wonderful. Quick, efficient, and know exactly what they’re talking about. Every staff member we spoke to was fabulous.

-Snacks, drinks, and energy drinks offered at the clubhouse -Clubhouse is GORGEOUS!! The different seating areas are well designed. Bathrooms are clean and lovely. -Tons of parking available. No issues. Course is in a great location just off the highway (use GPS if you need help) I loved how tucked away it was. -Driving range is well set up and maintained. -They have a sand trap practice area

We cannot wait to come back, which will be soon. We’ve told everyone about this course and drive 30+ minutes to it because it’s worth it. AMAZING...
