Very flat trail that goes into an old growth redwood forest, a quintessential redwoods experience. Crisp cool damp air, the feeling and sound of your footsteps on the soft ground, surrounded by fields of clovers and giant trees, the shooting rays of sunlight highlighted by the morning mist, it's an absolute soul cleanser. I literally felt pressure leaving my mind and body and just became immersed in the present moment, I don't know if I've ever felt more at ease and relaxed.
