Dislike: Hard to find, even with Google maps. GPS took us to the Sundance spa, and the front desk staff was able to help us find our way (can’t remember the directions now, though). I wish it was easier to find. Lastly, you’re not supposed to walk on the skiing indents, but with clunky snow shoes and the way the snow shoeing trail is designed to go, it was near impossible not to step on them.
Likes: Nice paper maps and info about the area to read if desired. The yurt is warm and the employees there are very helpful. We brought our own hear, so no input on renting equipment from them. Also liked how long the trail was for snow shoes and the red ribbons and reflectors tied to trees to help you know where to go. Would’ve like more...

The main complaint was we didn't receive a map and wished the trails were more clearly marked which way to go, and how long the loops are...

My husband had to use my coat one evening (I was not there). I did not realize he had my pass still in there and they made him pay fees and my pass was suspended. He is a paying season ticket holder, and it was a simple mistake and mix-up with the coats. It was evident that their customer...
