Had a problem with a ski binding, went to the rental shop at the bottoms of Jacks and asked for help or if the man working could just give me some advice on fixing it. He told us that if he touched my ski or told me how to do it he was going to have to charge me $20. So I sat there with the complimentary tools unscrewing and then screwing screws back in trying to fix my problem for over 30 minutes. Tried looking it up on the internet but service wasn’t good, meanwhile this worker is just sitting there watching me struggle to fix it. But he couldn’t help because then he’d have to charge me! Mind you not a single person is in trying to be helped, just me and my brother trying to figure it out and two workers watching us struggle. Finally after figuring it out the worker goes I knew you’d figure it out! Rude and disappointing that a man working at a ski rental shop couldn’t just be a good person and help me. I understand if a bunch of people are there needing rentals or to be assisted, but no just me struggling for over 30 minutes. Have had other negative experiences with employees as well. Disappointed that I bought a season pass here, won’t...

I came up to enjoy a nice bluebird day on the mountain. When I pulled up to the booth at the entrance, the girl working told me that I did not have to pay for parking since their “main lift” (outlaw) was temporarily closed. I now have to pay a MUCH larger fee than I would’ve paid to park, which I would’ve been happy to pay in the first place but I was told I did not have to. I don’t know if there was poor communication between the employees or if this is a tactic by the company themselves to rake in more money, but I am extremely frustrated and overall disappointed. This could’ve easily been avoided had the girl not told me I did not have to pay.
Tip: ALWAYS pay for parking even if they tell you not to and act like they are hooking you up. You will be penalized...

Called to ask if the parking rules changed this year and was told they hadn’t. Then asked why I got a ticket…”Oh well for this week only there’s a fee to park.” No signs announcing this. No email to season ticket holders announcing this. And then the kicker…”And we don’t handle the parking. So if you have questions or want to fight it you have to go to the website of our third party and work it out with them.”
Sundance has become another resort that outsources customer...
