Great 4ish mile loop with different topography and moderate to easy trail run (in my opinion). There's not many places where you have to walk because of rocks and stuff so it's actually good for running. The only downside is that there are not bathrooms at this trailhead.

Good park for moderate trails close to town. Busy on the weekends and parking is tight on both sides of the Mesa. Plenty of trail options, check for closures due to mud or raptor breeding. Can be windy or very hot depending on the tone of year and weather conditions.
