Rocky Mountain Arsenal - Lake Ladora hike — Attraction in Four Corners States

Great place to visit as soon as you pick up a rental car from Denver Airport. This was our first stop and it didn't disappoint! Bison were in the middle of crossing a road when we got to them and it was an amazing site! Bring free helped. Be sure to stop at the visitor center before hand, there is a little activity book for kids to do during the drive through the preservation and they can turn it in at the end to war a fun...

Beautiful day out there, slow cruisen today checking out few white tail feeding in the distance, came up on a dozen or so bison, laying about 25 -30 feet away from the road, checked out a real large red tail hawk working on a nest and hunting. And we heard a bunch of frogs in a small body of water....very cool!!Great day out...
