Weeping Rock is just a short hike from shuttle stop #7 - Weeping Rock. From the back of the parking area, the short, but steep paved trail turns left and leads to the Weeping Rock in less than a quarter-mile. Water literally seeps out of the rock year round. Water high on the mountain slowly works its way through the more porous rocks. Eventually, it reaches impermeable rocks and seeps out, creating the Weeping Rock.
